We help companies to be successful, we support employees to be satisfied.
Dear friends,
The sixth month of full-scale war continues, which the enemy expected to end in three days. We do not know how long this civilizational battle will last, and therefore we need to continue to have strength, and not only to fight, but also to build. Our businesses must be working, because a working business is a bullet to the heart of the enemy. However, in order to work and create, we need physical and mental resources, which are being depleted especially intensively. Therefore, to support your resources, we encourage companies to use the services of the Employee Support Service, which is created specifically for employees of enterprises and other organizations, where they can receive confidential, safe and effective psychological help.
In addition, we offer workshops related to working with war trauma. Including:
1) Adaptation after return;
2) Syndrome of chronic burnout, fatigue;
3) Resilience (resistance to long-term stress and uncertainty);
4) General topics about mental health: anxiety, depression, etc.;
5) Children and war. Advice to parents;
6) Self-regulation;
7) Psychological first aid at the workplace (recommended for managers).
And also other webinars on the topics suggested by you.

Let me introduce the company IN-Person Corporate.
It was founded in turbulent 2014 when the companies reported decrease of efficiency which was caused by mental disbalance and high anxiety of employees which they experienced due to lack of stability and which they carried to their workplace. It undoubtedly affected productivity of their work and the way they felt themselves in the office. This situation encouraged the management to search for possibilities to deal with this challenge. Consequently, I received a request from the management of the companies for psychological support of employees to help them to live through difficult periods of their life with a psychologist. It was the reason why we created IN-Person Corporate and set up an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – an employer-paid program that allows employees to consult confidentially a psychologist, coach or lawer outside of company’s office to resolve personal issues or stressful situations that interfere with job efficiency or work attendance.
Thus, the company IN-Person Corporate has become a partner of international and national enterprises.
Today our counselling network covers the whole Ukraine. Our hot line is active round-the-clock 7 days per week, 365 days per year, and available for employees from different cities of Ukraine. Highly qualified counselling is provided both online and face-to-face model in our counsellors’ offices at a convenient time. Just call.
